Community Engagement
BTB Soccer Academy prides itself in giving back to the community. Our core values of Love and Care allows us to help as much as possible to make our community, province, country, and world a better place for every person to live and thrive. In 2018, BTB participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure with the academy players and members. In 2022, the entire academy will have the chance to participate in the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Relay for Life: Canadian Cancer Society
During the relay, players honour Participants of Hope during the first lap, or the Lap of Hope. When the sun goes down, luminaries light the track in memory of those we have lost.
Why relay for life:
Support groundbreaking cancer research into all types of cancer.
Offer support services to help people better manage life with cancer.
Shape health policies to prevent cancer and support those living with the disease.
Offer trusted cancer information for all Canadians.

Cleats for Africa
BTB will collect gently used cleats and shin guards to take to Sierra Leone, Africa for less fortunate children and youth who are interested in playing the game but do not have proper gear.
These items can be dropped off with the player’s coach or at the BTB office at any time.
