The BTB U21 High Performance program is geared towards high level players ages 16-21 in the Edmonton and surrounding areas that want to be in the best possible environment to continue to be challenged on and off the field. The U21 program has been operating since 2020 with many players moving on to professional and post secondary opportunities.
Under 21 High Performance Program:
The BTB U21 Program is no longer a funded program, there is a cost associated to the program.
U21 High Performance phase will have an emphasis on speed of play within the academy game model and positional profiles.
The development is individualized to enhance strengths and improve performance on the pitch.
U21 High Performance phase has two main focus: (1) To develop players to move on to the professional level, (2) To develop players to move on to the university/college level.
U21 High Performance will play in the EDSA Men’s League and also exhibition series against universities and other top programs around Canada.
