Assessments/ Try-Us Form

All tryouts will take place at Clareview Turf field & ME Lazerte School

Tentative assessments/try-us dates: August 29th - September 11, 2022

Please fill out this form in its entirety. We need to have all the information for the players before they can come to the assessment.

All players U4 - U8 will be accepted into our grassroots program (no assessments required)

Players U9 - U12 will be assessed and placed on the appropriate team in BTB for their development.

Players U13 - U17 will be assessed and placed on the appropriate team in BTB (High Performance or Competitive teams).

More information on the U19 - U23 pathway will be announced soon!
